You, the Client, are aware that there are risks associated with participating with Fitness activities and exercise. Your participation in any current and future studio and online classes is completely voluntary, and you freely accept and fully assume all responsibility for all risks, and all possibilities of personal injury, death, property damage or loss to yourself or any other person as a result of your participation in fitness activities with Shayna Thompson at Adore Your Core Pilates. You understand that these classes are not suitable for pregnancy. You understand that it is your responsibility to consult your physician prior to participating in exercise at Adore Your Core Pilates. I have read and understand that I am waiving my rights to claim for damages.
