Pilates for Pregnancy Pilates is a phenomenal form of exercise for women who are pregnant! Since the physiological changes that a woman experiences during pregnancy are quite significant, it is important that Pilates exercises are appropriately modified for safety and effectiveness, and that some exercises are avoided altogether. With my completion of a Pilates for Pregnancy course, I am able to instruct prenatal women with safe and effective Pilates exercises during each stage of a low-risk pregnancy.
